Yoga for a Strong Back - Video

Hope you'll enjoy my latest 15 minute video for building back strength. The sequence starts with limbering up the spine and taking it in all planes of movement with gentle, repetitious flows, while slowly increasing the intensity. Building up to variations of lifting into backbends against the force of gravity. Finishing off with a fluid spinal- and lower back release.
